Dear Colleagues,
It is a pleasure to invite you for the joint scientific meeting of Dutch and Belgian Neurosurgical societies on 15-16 September in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. We are aiming to continue the successful series of these meetings. The topic of this meeting is “Current trends and future perspectives in Functional and Oncological Neurosurgery”. By combining authorative lectures by selected abstract, we aim to create an informative and stimulating atmosphere, with much room for discussion.

Call for abstracts  – submission module
The Dutch and Belgian Neurosurgical societies invites submission of abstracts for research communications for the joint meeting. The deadline for receipt of the abstracts is postponed to 25 August 2017 – the abstract submission site will be deactivated as of 23.59 GMT on 25 August 2017.

Please, take a good look at the abstract guidelines before handing in your submission.

Social Programme The congress dinner will be held at the Noord Brabants Museum on Friday September 15. Registration is required and possible during the registration procedure.  The costs for the congress dinner are € 60,- per person.

Payments of Registration Fees Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and VISA Debit card. Not accepted: American Express, Switch, Solo or Maestro cards. We also accept invoice payments via bank account. Please make sure to pay the full amount prior to the congress.

After you completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellation policy Cancellation before 1 August 2017: payment will be refunded minus €50,00 administration fee. Cancellation after 1 August 2017: payment will not be refunded.

Language The official language of the congress is English.

Congress badges All participants and speaker are required to wear a badge. This badge will be given to you at the registration desk. Access to the congress can be refused if you do not have a badge.

Participants receive a certificate of attendance. Neurosurgeons receive accreditation (10 points).
